My favorite thing in life is hiking the Appalachian Trail. It allows me to leave everything behind and focus on nature and my surroundings.
Some days you can't make heads or tails of life. These are the days to put stress aside and do what feels good to you. Tomorrow is a new day and things will make sense given time.
